MONDAY – MARCH 1, 2010

Dr. Michele Arkens D.V.M. from Morrison Animal Hospital (33607 Ford Road, Garden City) will be testing and providing heart worm medications. A certificate as proof of testing will be provided to you for your records.

All members, students and friends are invited to participate.

The clinic will be held at our training center, 20786 Orchard Lake Road, just North of 8 Mile Road, on East side of Orchard Lake Road, located in the Orchard Lake Trade Center building, Farmington Hills, 48336.

Appointments are required.

Appointments begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be limited.
Deadline to make appointments will be February 20th.

Required information: #1 - Dog’s name, #2 - weight, #3 - type of heartworm medication and #4 - number of tablets, (6, 9, or 12).
